Thank you for visiting and shopping at DAHON Europe. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard shipping will take 2-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
3. Where can we ship
We currently ship to the European Union (except for Malta, Cyprus, and EU-Outermost Regions).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order status through our website or the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We only ship to street addresses within the regions specified above.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please get in touch with us immediately at support@dahon.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
