About the role:
DAHON, the world’s leading folding bicycle brand, is expanding its presence across Europe. We are looking for motivated sales agents to join our network, representing DAHON to distributors, dealers, and retail partners in your region. As a Sales Agent, you will help grow our market share, promote our innovative folding bikes, and contribute to shaping the future of green mobility.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retail partners across Europe and/or the UK.
2. Promote DAHON’s product range, seasonal campaigns, and brand values.
3. Execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and expand market share.
4. Gather and analyze market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights.
5. Support marketing and promotional activities, including exhibitions and dealer events.
6. Provide timely reporting on sales performance and account activity.
   

Requirements

1. Proven sales experience in the bicycle, outdoor, or sporting goods industry.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
3. Fluency in English; additional European languages (German, French, or Spanish) are a plus.
4. Familiar with B2B sales models and dealer networks.
5. Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
6. Willing to travel occasionally across Europe.

DAHON is seeking established wholesalers and retailer to join our European network. You will represent DAHON locally, supplying our bicycles (folding bikes, e-bikes, etc.) to retailers and managing your market with support from our global team. This is a long-term partnership for companies committed to quality, innovation, and growth.

Partnership Scope

• Represent DAHON as an authorized wholesalers OR retailers in your local market
• Supply folding bikes to dealers, retailers, and e-commerce platforms, or direct to consumers, where appropriate
• Manage import, stock, logistics, and aftersales support
• Collaborate on local marketing campaigns and brand promotion
• Provide market feedback and participate in strategic growth planning
  

Ideal Partner Profile

1. Established experience in the bicycle or outdoor mobility sector.
2. Existing dealer network and market knowledge
3. Capability to manage logistics, warehousing, and after-sales service.
4. Strong financial background and commitment to long-term cooperation.
5. Familiarity with local compliance and certification requirements.

About the role: DAHON is seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated Independent Sales Representatives to manage and grow retail partnerships in Germany, Italy and the Scandinavian Region. Ideal for someone with an existing portfolio in the cycling or outdoor sports industry and established relationships with Independent Bicycle Dealers (IBDs). The right candidate will be deeply passionate about cycling, driven to grow sales, and capable of working autonomously.

Working with our retailers, you will represent DAHON to introduce our bicycles ( folding bikes, e-bikes, etc.) to consumers and managing your market with support from our distributors and local agents. This is a long-term partnership for individuals committed to quality, innovation, and growth.

Type: Invoice-based for the first year

Key Responsibilities:

• Territory Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive growth of DAHON Bicycle Group brands.

• Sales Growth:

Meet or exceed territory sales targets; deliver regular performance reports to International Sales Director.

• Product Knowledge Education:

Act as a technical resource, matching DAHON products to retailers and consumers’ needs, ensuring proper use and representation.

• Retailer Support:

Facilitate in-store product training, merchandising support, and promotions in coordination with DAHON teams.

• Event Participation:

Represent DAHON at key regional events, trade shows, and shop visits to increase visibility and strengthen dealer relationships.

• Market Feedback:

Provide timely insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Ideal Sales Representative Profile:

· Minimum 3+ years as an independent rep or contractor in the cycling industry.

· Strong, existing network of IBDs and / or bike dealers.

· Proven track record of growing territory sales and managing multiple accounts.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

· Ability to travel extensively within the territory.

· Must reside within the territory.
