Großartiges Fahrrad mit vielen Möglichkeiten
Ich habe dieses Dahon Mariner D8 für meine Frau gekauft, nachdem sie mein altes Dahon übernommen hat. Das Mariner D8 ist leicht, robust und lässt sich sehr kompakt zusammenfalten – perfekt für den täglichen Arbeitsweg. Die Schutzbleche halten die Kleidung sauber. Die Gangschaltung ist gut abgestimmt, sodass auch steilere Anstiege machbar sind. Mit den 20"-Rädern fährt das Bike ruhig und bleibt dennoch handlich. Die neue Handlebar Stem ist viel besser als bei meinem älteren Dahon. Die gewohnte Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit von Dahon überzeugt einmal mehr. Ich habe auch Brompton angeschaut, aber für vergleichbare Leistung ist der Preisunterschied schwer zu rechtfertigen. Klare Empfehlung!

Nicht so rostresistent wie gedacht
Ich liebe mein Dahon Mariner D8! Es passt problemlos in einen normalen 28-Zoll-Koffer und kann sicher im Flugzeug transportiert werden. Angeblich ist es besonders korrosionsbeständig (deshalb heißt es wohl „Mariner“). Mal sehen, wie es sich nach ein paar Monaten Regen wirklich schlägt.
