MONTEREY, CA – April 10, 2025 — The legendary Sea Otter Classic is back at the stunning Laguna Seca Recreation Area, bringing together the world’s top cycling brands and outdoor enthusiasts. Among the standout exhibitors this year is DAHON, showcasing its latest DAHON-V technology suite at Booth M107.
DAHON-V is a set of technologies and methods for bicycle design and frame stiffness verification, which effectively improves the speed of various types of bicycles. The technology suite enhances the structural integrity of DAHON’s product lineup, leading to improvement in riding efficiency and overall performance across DAHON bicycle portfolio.
The brand-new Hemingway GR and K-Feather e-bikes took the center stage at DAHON’s booth.
Among the booth’s biggest attractions is the Hemingway Gravel Edition, a rugged folding bike designed for riders who crave multi-terrain adventure. Built for outdoor exploration, the Hemingway GR features DAHON’s signature “DELTECH” paired with a Super Down Tube, delivering enhanced rigidity and efficient power transfer. Outfitted with wide, puncture-resistant all-terrain tires and aggressive tread, this model confidently tackles gravel, thorns, and rocky paths alike — giving explorers the freedom to ride wherever curiosity leads.
The K-Feather, DAHON’s first ultra-light e-bike featuring DAHON-V technology, has already earned accolades on the international stage. Weighing in like a traditional folding bike but equipped with high-density battery tech and a torque sensor, this minimalist ride offers 40km of seamless pedal assist. Even when power runs out, it rides effortlessly like a regular bike.
Another fan favorite at the show is the Mariner — DAHON’s bestselling export model. Beloved for its easy foldability, rust-resistant frame, and city-friendly design, it’s the go-to choice for commuters and weekend riders. The enhanced rigidity from the “DELTECH” and reinforced downtube means it’s built to ride further with less effort.
Also on display: the award-winning Vélodon A4 700C road bike, which just took home the “Design & Innovation Award” at TAIPEI CYCLE 2025. Its eagle-inspired aluminum frame and Eagle Triangle geometry offer 37.9% more rigidity than standard road frames — a true game-changer for speed seekers.
Rounding out DAHON’s showcase:
Télodon C8 AXS – a drop-bar, carbon-frame folding race bike
Zélodon A4 – sleek, high-performance aluminum-frame folding design
UNIO E20 – a lightweight, mid-motor urban-ready e-folder
Vélodon C8 Di2 – premium performance in a 700C carbon road bike
Throughout the show, DAHON’s booth has been buzzing with excitement. Attendees are not only drawn to the sleek product displays and engaging demos but also eager to discuss partnerships and collaborations around the new DAHON-V technology suite.
